THOMAS SEAY, MD – Vice President, Medical Services
Dr. Seay was a diagnostic radiologist with Rays from 2008-10, and after a brief time as the chief of interventional radiology at the University of Kentucky returned to Rays in early 2014. He was appointed Vice President, Medical Services in 2015. Dr. Seay is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology with a CAQ in VIR, with interests in body, vascular, and genitourinary imaging. Prior to becoming a radiologist, Dr. Seay was a Urologic Oncologist and trained at the Mayo Clinic. After completing medical school at the University of Kentucky, he did his urology and radiology residencies at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center. He retired after 24 years in the Air Force, serving his final years on active duty as the department chair of Radiology at Wilford Hall Medical Center. He also served as an oral boards examiner in the GU section for the American Board of Radiology.

ED BACHMANN – Vice President, Operations & Business Development
Ed Bachmann joined Rays as Vice President of Operations & Business Development in April 2015. Mr. Bachmann comes to Rays with over 20 years of healthcare experience mostly in radiology and he has successfully built high performance teams in operations and business development. Ed has spoken at HFMA and RBMA events and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in teleradiology, healthcare technology, and imaging workflow. Mr. Bachmann has served in leadership roles for several companies including President of Ryerson Healthcare. Prior to joining Rays, Mr. Bachmann served as Executive Director of Business Development for Aris Teleradiology. Mr. Bachmann received his B.S. in Business from the University of Akron in Ohio.

SEASON WILLIAMS – Director, Finance
Season comes to Rays with a background in finance, accounting, corporate taxation, forensic accounting, and litigation support. Her career started in the public accounting arena in corporate taxation with Arthur Andersen, then moved into forensic accounting and litigation support with Grant Thornton. Ms. Williams left public accounting after more than six years and went into private industry. Her various industry experiences include restaurants, private equity, real estate and mortgage. Ms. Williams is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Bachelor’s of Accounting from New Mexico State University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of New Mexico.
